The Voice Nigeria: First Bank, UNITY Nigeria partner on music talent show

The First Bank of Nigeria Limited has announced its lead sponsorship of the reality musical talent show, The Voice Nigeria, Season 3 organised by UNITY Nigeria.

The First Bank of Nigeria Limited has announced its lead sponsorship of the reality musical talent show, The Voice Nigeria, Season 3 organised by UNITY Nigeria.

The show aims to discover, bring to the fore and also nurture musical talents amongst the Nigerian youths. The Voice Nigeria competition would showcase the very best talents in the country.

The Voice Nigeria is produced for the first time in Nigeria to be aired on DSTV channel (African Magic), Startimes, terrestrial TV channel (AIT) as well as other leading TV stations outside the country.

The music talent show sponsored by First Bank Nigeria and hosted by UNITY Nigeria would commence with blind auditions which will be submitted on being shortlisted after successful registration of the participants.

After that, battle auditions will be moved from the rooms into the arenas with participants performing in front of an arena audience with the view of making it through to the next stage.

The hosts for The Voice Nigeria this year include Toke Makinwa and Nancy Isime while the coaches are Dare Art Alade, Yemi Alade, Folarin Falana (aka Falz) and Aituaje Iruobe (aka Waje).

Speaking on the Voice Nigeria talent show, Folake Ani-Mumuney, the Group Head, Marketing and Corporate Communications, FirstBank, said:

She commended UNITY Nigeria for The Voice Nigeria which FirstBank is sponsoring while urging people to follow up on details of the programme.

She said the Nigeria talent show will be full of fun. "The show promises to be engaging, full of surprises, and with fun-filled excitement to viewers", she added.

The audition is open to all between 18 to 50 years, who have been residing in Nigeria for 12 consecutive years. Registration for the audition is open from 25 August to 19 September 2020.

This reality musical show promises lots of fantastic prizes up for grabs. Prizes include a sum of ten million naira, a brand new car as well as a one-year recording contract award with Universal Music for the winner of the competition.
