2021 JAMB Registration Date

JAMB has stated that the date for the registration of the 2021 JAMB'S UTME/DE registration is April 8, 2021, and the JAMB'S UTME/DE registration stops on May 15 2021. It means aspiring candidates have just a month and one week before the JAMB registration deadline.

According to JAMB, candidates interested in the 2021 UTME/DE registration must have their National Identity Number, NIN, as it is compulsory for the 2021 JAMB UTME/DE registration.

According to JAMB, the price for the 2021 JAMB UTME/DE examination registration is N3,500 and N500 for the recommended Reading Text.

JAMB also added that an optional mock examination would be held on Friday, April 30 2021, for interested candidates that register for the 2021 JAMB UTME before April 24 2021.

  1. JAMB Email Creation - To register for the 2021 JAMB UTME/DE, candidates are required to create an email account to start their JAMB registration. Candidates that already have an email account and would not want a new one should go straight to JAMB official website to begin their 2021 JAMB registration.
  2. Get your NIN - JAMB has made it compulsory for candidates to use their National Identity Number, NIN, for the 2021 JAMB UTME/DE registration. Candidates who fail to register the 2021 JAMB UTME/DE with their NIN would not be given admission to any school in Nigeria.

  4. Get 2021 JAMB E-Pin - You are required to buy the JAMB E-pin to register for the JAMB'S UTME/DE. You can get your JAMB E-pin in different ways. You can do that from recommended banks in Nigeria for candidates who want to pay with cash, using ATM, through Nigerian Post Office(NIPOST) or via phone using USSD dial *565*6*55019#.
  5. Proceed to any approved JAMB centre close to you - JAMB has made it compulsory for candidates to complete their JAMB UTME/DE registration at any JAMB approved centres close to them. Requirements for Completion of your JAMB Registration in Approved JAMB Centres

Below is the requirement to complete your 2021 JAMB UTME/DE registration at any approved JAMB centres.

  1. You are required to provide your date of birth, nationality, state of origin, local government, gender, e-mail address.
  2. The list of your institution's choice in Federal University, State University, Polytechnic and college of education.
  3. Provide your choice, of course, for the institution you provided.

5. Provide your passport or do a picture capturing at the approved JAMB centre.

6. Take a biometric print recording in the JAMB centre.

7. After reviewing your entries and confirming if they are correct, print your registration slip using your biometric authentication.
