UNILORIN starts online lectures following school resumption

University of Ilorin will be starting an online lectures after the resumed school

The University of Ilorin will be starting online lectures for its students following the resumption of school after a long shut down due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The University of Ilorin's Director of Corporate Affairs Kunle Akogun revealed the online lecture's commencement on Monday, January 11 2020.

According to Akogun, the school is ready to cover all the lost time during the COVID-19 lockdown. He added that all the necessary things needed to continue the online lectures had been put in place by the school management.

“Management wishes to assure all our students that we are fully committed to covering all lost grounds as a result of the long break occasioned by the Covid-19.

“All necessary arrangements have been put in place to ensure hitch-free online classes pending the time when it will be safe to conduct normal physical lectures,” he stated.

The federal government of Nigeria announced that all schools are free to open on January 18, 2021, after a long suspension due to the coronavirus outbreak.

Many schools are now preparing to resume, and students will be happy to go back and continue their academic.
