Nile University announces school reopening date

The Nile University of Nigeria has announced Monday, October 19, 2020, as the new date for it reopening after a long suspension due to the coronavirus outbreak.

The school has set all the possible safety measures in place including full-body disinfection for all the students entering the school, temperature checks, placement of hand sanitizers and soap dispensers at every entrance of the school.

To continue with their online learning, the school has devised a safety method of socially-distanced physical learning to make sure that its students stick to the guidelines and protocols stipulated by the government.

The school has also made sure that there is good clinical equipment in the school to treat any student who might be infected by the virus.

In a statement, the school said: " A blended learning approach that combines both physical and remote learning will be adopted for the new academic year.

"For on-campus learning, we have implemented all the necessary social distancing measures to facilitate the safety of our students at every interaction point.
