1. Stephanie Okereke

Nollywood award winning actress, Stephanie Okereke was a contestant at the 2002 edition of the Most Beautiful Girls in Nigeria. 

Stephanie was also a model but moved on to become an actress. The dark skinned beauty has won several awards for her acting work;

In 2003 she won the  Reel Award for Best Actress, 3years later  she had won the 2006 Afro Hollywood Award for Best Actress, and three nominations for Best Actress in a Leading Role at the Africa Movie Academy Awards in 2005, 2009 and 2010 respectively.

2. Regina Askia

Gorgeous light skinned actress Regina Askia was crowned Miss Unilag while studying as a medical student in 1988.

In the same year  she competed in the MBGN 1988 contest and was second runner-up.

In 1990 after Bianca Onoh resigned Regina stepped up and became the title holder, Askia went on to represent Nigeria at Miss Charm International held in Leningrad, Russia, and came second.

Regina Askia further made history by becoming the first Nigerian at Miss International in Japan.

3. Munachi Abii

Munachi Abii is an unconventional talent, an actress and rapper, she was formerly a beauty Queen.

In 2007 Munachi contested and won the  Most Beautiful Girls in Nigeria beauty pageant while in Benson Idahosa University.

After the pageant, Munachi focused on her music career and became famous. The Imo State lady, Munachi has starred in movies such as:  "Living in Bondage:Breaking Free".

4. Erica Nlewedim

BBNaija reality star Erica started out as an actress in 2015 with a leading role in Secrets and Scandals.

In 2014, Erica Nlewedim contested in the 2014 Most Beautiful Girl in Nigeria (MGBN) and won the Most Photogenic award. 

The soft spoken Erica is the queen of the Elites group(her fan base)

She also featured in the Nollywood blockbuster last year " Devil in Agbada".

A lady of many colors Erica as a model has graced the billboards of several brands such as; Nature’s Gentle Touch, Zaron Cosmetics, Access Bank, Diamond etc

5. Ibinabo Fiberesima

Former Actors Guild President, Ibinabo Fiberesima won Miss Wonderland contest in 1990, she was also first runner-up at the Miss NUGA competition held at the University of Calabar.

In 1991 the Irish Nigerian entered the  Miss Nigeria beauty pageant and was  named first runner-up to winner Bibiana Ohio. 

In 1992, Ibinabo  competed in the Most Beautiful Girl in Nigeria (MBGN) pageant for the first time, she was second runner-up.

By1997, she emerged first runner-up of the edition of Miss Nigeria and was later crowned winner of Miss Wonderful in the same year.

Finally in 1998 the light skinned damsel became second runner-up for the Most Beautiful Girl in Nigeria.

Ibinabo made her acting debut in the movie 'Most Wanted'.

6. Ufuoma McDermott

The delectable Ufuoma stepped into modeling in 2000 as a photographic model.

In 2003 the pretty actress was 1st runner up in the Queen of all Nations beauty pageant.

One year later in 2004 she won 1st runner. Up for the 2004 Miss Nigeria beauty pageant, that same year, Ufuoma  won Miss Earth Nigeria 2004 and even represented Nigeria in the Miss Earth World Pageant.

7. Osas Ighodaro

Osariemen Martha Elizabeth Ighodaro, aka Osas Ighodaro, is a Nigerian American actress who emerged as the beauty contest winner in the USA. 

The curvy actress won the Miss Black USA Pageant in 2010 and wound The Joyful Joy Foundation, raising funds and awareness towards the fight against Malaria in memory of her sister.

A talented Nollywood producer and actress, Osas won Best TV Actress of the Year at the 2014 ELOY Awards color role in Tinsel.

In 2018, Osas became the highest-grossing Nollywood actress of the year.
