P-Square set to storm 100 cities for 'Reunion World Tours'

Popular Nigerian celebrity twins P-Square, have announced details for their highly anticipated 2022 world tour.

The event 'P-Square Reunion World Tour’, will have the duo grace 100 cities around the world.

Peter Okoye, also known as Mr. P, shared the big announcement on his Instagram page on Tuesday, May 10, 2022.

Mr. P,  noted that the event will take place across four continents: Africa, North America, Europe, and Asia.

Taking to his Instagram page, Mr P shared a flier of the event where he wrote as caption, “P-Square City World Tour 2022. Coming to your city. North America, Europe, United Kingdom, Middle East, Asia, and Africa.”

“It’s about to go down and get busy,” the singer added.

Paul Okoye, who is the other member of the group, had also announced the tour on his Instagram page on Monday. Recall that Mr. P had mouthed that P-Square would sell out O2 Arena in London during their concert.

Mr P, in March, noted that P-Square would “close down” the 20,000-capacity arena, whether they sing new songs or not. By January, Rudeboy, aka Paul Okoye, hinted at the world tour; an announcement which excited fans.

The announcement came two months after the duo reunited after a five-year feud that led to the closeout of the group

P-Square is not the only celebrity artist who has tours slated around the world; Mavin star Rema also has a buzzing schedule.

In April, Rema announced the dates for his Rave & Roses US tour, which will kick off from Neumos in Seattle on August 11, 2022, and closeout at Varsity Theatre in Minneapolis, MN, on September 4, 2022.

Rema's you will see him visit a total of 13 dates across the United States, as the US tour follows the release of his debut album, Rave & Roses, which has topped charts since its release debuting on Billboard World Albums at #7.

The 'Dumebi' singer announced on Twitter the album’s release in March, he wrote, “Here’s a piece of my soul to you, my debut Album Rave & roses out now. Thank you for the love & support over the years now, RAVE relentlessly! #RaveAndRoses

The Queen of Afrobeat, Tiwa Savage is also not left behind in the list of artists with forthcoming tours.

Announcing her 17-date North American 'Water & Garri' tour, named after her 2021 EP of the same name, things will kick off at NYC's Warsaw on May 15.

Tiwa Savage will travel through Los Angeles, Atlanta, Chicago, and various other US and Canadian cities before finishing off in Toronto on June 19.
