Even though BET is yet to announce it, this looks more than a rumour as Mavins Records have taken to its media accounts to announce that its flagship act, Rema has been named artist of the month by BET under its global artist spotlight, "Amplified".

On its Twitter page, MAVIN Records wrote thus, "Global amplification. @heisrema is the @bet artist of the month", tagging Rema and BET, respectively.
BET has recently been known for celebrating blackness, recognizing talents and speaking for the voiceless.
