Step 1: Preparatory phase

  5. Add the ingredients; palm oil, salt, crayfish, onion, pepper and seasoning to taste.
  6. Allow it to cook to the point where it is near-done
  7. Add the diced tomatoes
  8. Add your scent leave
  9. Add the already boiled fish lastly
  10. Turn the food (be careful, so the fresh fish doesn't break into tiny bits)
  11. Allow it to cook for not more than 2 minutes
  12. Bring the pot down. You are ready to enjoy your sumptuous meal of unripe plantain porridge
