An angry native doctor has performed deadly rituals on prophet Chukwuemeka Odumeje, a.ka the Indaboski Bahose, due to his derogatory comments on the people of Izuogu and the late Pericoma.

A native doctor has performed some deadly rituals on prophet Chukwuemeka Odumeje, a.ka Indaboski, the Liquid metal, following his derogatory comments on the people of Izuogu and the Late Pericoma.

Odumeje was adamant that the people of Arondizuogu are poor and wretched, citing that they have no history.

This irked a certain native doctor, some traditionalists in Arondizuogu and other parts of Igboland who took to their shrine to perform rituals against the young prophet.

Videos of the native doctor performing the rituals and doing some incantations to bring down the prophet went viral online.

In addition to the derogatory comments, prophet Chukwuemeka Odumeje has also, in the past, challenged traditional worshippers in Igbo land to a spiritual contest.

Different calibres of people reacted to the comment of the prophet who is also the founder of the Mountain of Holy Ghost Intervention and Deliverance Ministry, Onitsha, as it got the attention of even traditional rulers.

The Eze Ndigbo Mekong River, comprising six nations in Asia, HRH Eze Uzochukwu Jerome Ezeneche was said to have released a statement via his Facebook where he called Odumeje to order requesting that the young man accords some respect to the Igbo culture and tradition.

"While the Europeans convert their totems to object of tourisms in museums, we brand our own traditions as idolatry", the royal father said.

He went ahead to add that unless we discard the myopic and colonial hangover, "Africans will continue to wallow in ignorance and backwardness".
