Ángel Di María signs new contract extension with PSG till 2022
Argentine Midfielder Ángel Di María is set to stay with Paris Saint-German till the end of 2022. Di Maria signed a new contract extension with PSG to keep him at the club till 2022.
PSG, now headed by former Tottenham manager Mauricio Pochettino knocked out Spanish giants Barcelona in the UEFA champions league knockout stage on Wednesday, 10th of March 2021, on a 5-2 goal aggregate.
After the game, Di María gave a warm hug to his fellow countryman Lionel Messi with a kiss on the chin, commiserating with the Barcelona captain after he missed a crucial penalty that could have saved the day for his men.

Ángel Di María joined PSG from Manchester United back in 2015 for an undisclosed fee of around £44 million on a four-year contract.
At Manchester United, under Louis Van Gaal, Ángel Di María could not stamp his authority in the English Premier League and the United's team, a club he joined from Real Madrid.
Following his move to PSG in 2015, Di Maria helped PSG secure a domestic quadruple. Last year, Di Maria also helped PSG reach their first-ever UEFA Champions League final in history, losing 1-0 to Bayern Munich.
