Newcastle United have agreed a loan extension of Danny Rose from Tottenham

The 29-year-old left-back joined The Magpies during January transfer from Tottenham till the end of the season when Spurs current manager Jose Mourinho arrived at the club.

The England international only had five appearances since joining the club before football was suspended amid coronavirus pandemic.

Earlier before Newcastle manager Steve Bruce has made it clear he would like to sign Rose on a permanent basis.

But he is now clear to play for Newcastle when football resumes next week and also at start another season in August. He has joined Valentino Lazaro who extended his contract Newcastle last week after reaching an agreement with Italian giant Inter Milan.

Newcastle is now hoping to agree on extensions with Andy Carroll and Javier Manquillo but due to the contract dispute.

The Premier League will resume its match next week, and Newcastle will be hoping to have complete players to kick-off and finish the remain the remaining of their games.
