La Liga resumption weekend result

It was a huge sports day during the weekend in Spanish La Liga as football returned to action since suspension due to coronavirus. Every match was played behind close doors with only the referees to officiate the game were allowed to enter stadiums.

The first match was RCD Espanyol Vs Deportivo Alaves which ended 2-0 in favour of Espanyol. Thanks to goals from Bernado in 45 minutes and L. Wu in the 47 minutes, the first red card of La Liga in the resumption day came in Espanyol game where Alaves goalkeeper F.Pacheco was shown a red card in the 19th minutes of the game.

FC Barcelona played against Mallorca at Estadio de Son Moix. The world best player Lionel Messi was the star of the event as he recorded two assists and one goal in Barcelona's win against Mallorca. The game started with an early goal from Arturo Vidal with a beautiful assist from wing-back Joldi Alba just 2 minutes of the kickoff.

Barcelona's January signing Martin Braithwaite grabbed his first goal for Barcelona after scoring the second goal of the game at 37th minutes with an exceptional assist from Lionel Messi who also got his second assist in the third goal scored by Jordi Alba in the 79th minutes. At the dying minutes, Lionel Messi got his on the score sheet at 90+3 minutes.

During Barcelona game, a man who was identified as a French man invaded the pitch wearing Lionel Messi Argentina jersey trying to close in on Messi before the security grabbed him.

On Sunday Atletico Madrid was held in a 1-1 draw with Athletic Bilbao with goals from Bilbao's I.Muniain and Atletico Madrid striker Diego Costa in the 37th and 39th minutes of the game.

Marcelo celebrated in support of "Black Life Matter" protest and justice for Floyd George in Real Madrid's 3-1 win over Eibar, Marcelo knelt with his left leg, bowed down and raised his right harm. The first goal of Real Madrid's game came in early 4 minutes of the kickoff from Tony Kroos before the second goal from Real Madrid's captain Sergio Ramos in the 30th minutes.
