Ole Gunner Solsjkaer ready to sell six of his first-team players
Manchester United manager Ole Gunner Solsjkaer is preparing to listen to offer for six of his first-team players to meet up transfer demand.
The outbreak of coronavirus virus pandemic changed world football as clubs have been unable to meet up with players salaries due to the bridging of the source of clubs finances the disease created. Players in the past months have been on salary pay cuts as they agreed to help their clubs in this time of recession.
The 2019/2020 football season is coming to an end with most clubs eager to buster their squad but the finances have been the main problem as clubs lack the fund to go into the transfer market. Manchester United is one of the clubs affected in this situation.
Manchester United manager Ole Gunner Solsjkaer is now considering selling off some of his first-team players as they have fallen bellow his pecking order to generate the fund the club needs to enter into the transfer market.
The likes of Alexis Sanchez, Chris Smalling, Marcos Rojo, Phil Jones, Jesse Lingard and Diogo Dalot are among the players who are on the list as they cannot live up to the expectations.
Alexis Sanchez is already on loan at Italian club Inter Millan, and he has been in excellent shape for the Italian club since football returned to action. Inter Millan is reportedly considering making Sanchez deal permanent with Manchester United ready to listen to any offer from the club.
Chris Smalling has also been on loan at Roma, and since joining the club, he has been the first choice centre back at the Roma featuring in most of their matches. Roma is also understood to be planning on the signing of the England international on a permanent deal.
Marcos Rojo is already on loan at his home club Estudiantes de La Plata while the rest of the players is currently in Manchester United serving as an unused substitute and sometimes they don't make the matchday squad. It is understood that Manchester United are ready to listen to offer for any of these players to generate finance for the transfer window.
Borrusia Dortmund Jadon Sancho is reported as Solsjkaer number one transfer target as he looks to have a natural right-winger in his squad. The club is also said to be looking for a central defender to partner Harry Maguire and a midfielder.
