According to VDM, actress Iyabo Ojo was only invited to the after-party, not the main wedding. The actress debunked VDM’s claims by sharing screenshots of her invitation, and Paul O’ Okoye, her lover, defended her.

After the drama between VDM and Iyabo, Obi Cubana shared his 2 cents regarding the matter on his Instagram story.

"Dear blogs, pls stop giving visibility to youth insulting elders! You enable them! We can’t continue to enable rubbish!!! Stop pls!!”

VDM didn't hesitate to reply. He dropped a video accusing Obi Cubana of using his money to buy people's conscience.

He went on to say that the youth are looking for employment opportunities, but Obi Cubana can't offer that; instead, he shares them alcohol.

He concluded with a blunt warning: “Niga go and sit your ass down. If you wan put your mouth for this matter, you go collect”

Following VDM’s response to Obi Cubana’s Instagram story, Tunde Ednut, a popular blogger and social media influencer, urged VDM to apologize to Obi Cubana, but VDM refused, saying he would rather die than apologize to Obi Cubana. In the end, the issue allegedly cooled off without a proper settlement.
